MULTI-PRACTICE CLINIC PLATFORM

One clinic system for every practice.

Dental, general practice, aesthetics, dermatology, maternal and child, physiotherapy. One core: patients, records with a site locator, schedule and resources, billing and payers, pharmacy, lab, SATUSEHAT, and a patient app in five languages. Each edition adds what its practice needs.

Shared core

What every edition uses.

One patient, one record, one invoice. An improvement to the core reaches every practice, and a clinic that enables two editions records nothing twice.

1
Records with a site locator

SOAP, ICD-10 diagnoses, ICD-9-CM procedures, prescriptions, consent, photos, signatures and addenda. Every finding has a site: a tooth and surface, a face zone or point, a body region, a lesion, or none. The odontogram and the face map are two views over the same table of findings.

2
Schedule, resources and queue

A booking picks a practitioner and a resource: dental chair, procedure room, laser unit, ultrasound room, physiotherapy room. Services require a specialty. Queue numbers per department, calling, a waiting-room display, and online bookings fill the same calendar as walk-ins.

3
Billing and payers

BPJS capitation and non-capitation, insurers with percentages, limits and pre-authorisation, corporate contracts with ceilings. The payer's share becomes a claim, the patient's share is paid at the cashier or on instalments. VAT per line: medical services exempt, cosmetic procedures taxed.

4
Pharmacy and stock

Items by lot with expiry and opened units, usage from the lot closest to expiry. An in-house pharmacy with a dispensing queue from prescriptions, compounding with formula sheets, labels, stock cards, the narcotics and psychotropics register, stock-takes.

5
Lab and connectors

One pattern for every connector: an order goes out, something comes back, the record and the patient's copy are updated. In-house lab with reference ranges and flags, partner labs with LOINC, DICOM radiology, partner pharmacies with e-prescriptions, WhatsApp. All of them can be simulated in the demo.

6
Patient app with a copy of the record

A complete timeline across editions and across Careflow clinics with the patient's consent, an FHIR International Patient Summary, PDF export, time-limited sharing links or QR codes with an access log, e-prescriptions, lab results, bookings, plans, invoices and instalments.

7
SATUSEHAT and BPJS P-Care

A completed visit is sent as an FHIR R4 bundle: Encounter, Condition, Procedure, MedicationRequest, Observation. P-Care for registration, visits, referrals and Prolanis. Credentials per branch; simulation mode until credentials are ready.

8
Five patient languages, two staff languages

The patient app, tablet signing and consent forms in Bahasa Indonesia, English, 中文, 日本語 and 한국어. The staff console in Indonesian and English.

9
Compliance and privacy

An audit trail on every change, records locked after signing with addenda, SIP and STR licences per practitioner per branch, retention, the patient's right to their copy, and a log of data sharing under Permenkes 24/2022 and the PDP law.

How it is bought

Per branch per month. Editions can be combined.

One tenant is one legal entity with its branches. Each branch subscribes to the editions it needs, and a clinic that runs more than one kind of practice simply enables another edition on the same core.

Demo
  • Per branch per month

Priced per active branch, not per user. Staff, chairs and rooms are not limited.

  • Editions combine

Dental and aesthetics, general practice with a dermatologist, a birthing clinic with physiotherapy: one patient, one record, one invoice.

  • Specialist profiles included

ENT, paediatrics, internal medicine, neurology, orthopaedics, psychiatry, nutrition and occupational health are profiles on the general practice edition, not separately priced editions.

  • Aesthetics and Dermatology

Two products on one skin pack. A clinic that runs both buys the Dermatology edition.

  • Demo and sample data

Every edition has a demo clinic with real patients, histories and flows; data migration is assisted during implementation.

Roles and privacy

Every role sees only what it is entitled to.

Records follow the responsible doctor. Doctors do not see clinic revenue or colleagues' commission. Nurses, midwives and therapists chart in the rooms they assist. The front desk sees estimates, not clinical notes. The cashier sees invoices and claims. Pharmacy sees stock, not patients. Every list is filtered on the server, not just hidden in the menu. Patients hold their own copy of the record with a log of who opened it.
